009: Preparing for your GP appointment - 5 TOP Tips
You don't often need to prepare for appointments with your doctor, unless you're going to see them about possible menopause symptoms... In which case it's a VERY GOOD idea to go in fully prepped!

- Ask whether your surgery has a menopause specialist
- Ask if your surgery offers double length appointments
- Prepare a list of questions before going in
