Claire is a self love and relationship coach, who specialises in helping women with anxious attachment feel more secure, empowered and confident in their dating and love lives. She believes the most important relationship you will ever have, is with yourself, and this underpins all of her coaching practice. She is also co-founder of 'Vet Empowered', a company who provides personal development and coaching within the veterinary profession. She is multi-passionate, multi-facated, and loves being able to support other women on their journeys towards secure attachment and a strong self-relationship.
